Our private townhouse-style condominiums are nestled among the towering scented pines in Lake Village at Stateline Nevada, 3/4 mile from the California border (see our Tahoe ski map or our Tahoe golf map). We are very close to Heavenly (largest ski resort in the USA) and a half mile from Edgewood, an "America's Top 100" golf course! Heavenly's new gondola base is a mile away. The entertainment center & Tahoe's famous casinos are all within 3/4 of a mile! A SPECTACULAR SUMMER!

CONDO AMENITIES
Each of our nine modern spacious condominiums has substantial amenities including a full kitchen and a gas fireplace. Eight have private top-of-the-line HOT TUBS. Seven have wireless high-speed Internet access. Two condos have pool tables and three have lake views. Each comes with towels, linens and cleanup service. We use electronic locks (no keys).

After booking, our vacation clients receive our comprehensive Tahoe confirmation package by Email.
