RATES: The direct-with-owners, all-inclusive rental rates in the chart below are the regular season rates per condo per night in US dollars. Following the chart are holiday rates and low season rates. These rates may change without notice but the rate to you is protected once your rental deposit is paid. For the condo(s) of your choice, multiply the nightly rate (from the chart below) by the number of nights to get your total rental fee. There is a surcharge for one-night stays.

INCLUDED: We use an all-inclusive, one-price system. The rates in the chart include all applicable taxes, parking, utilities (electricity, water, cable TV and natural gas), local telephone service, beds made with fresh linens upon arrival, towels, cleanup after departure, gratuities, use of the condo's private hot tub, reservation set up fees, and our comprehensive arrival/confirmation package. There is a refundable security deposit of $300. There are no extra or hidden charges of any kind! In addition, our guests have free access to the pool, tennis courts, backboard, hot tub, and barbecues at the Lake Village clubhouse.

NOT INCLUDED: travel, car rental, daily maid service, food, entertainment, insurance, ski lifts, golf green fees, long distance telephone service, and other expenditures of a personal nature.
