			This Lake Tahoe vacation rental in Lake Village is nestled among towering scented pines in Nevada one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. It is a three-story, fully equipped private residence. Total floor area is about 1,700 square feet (~170 square meters). There is a filtered LAKEVIEW from each level through the tower pines to the west. It has a 300 gallon, 4-person, top-of-the-line "Hot Spring" HOT TUB on the private outdoor deck on the top level. There is a lakeview from the hot tub as well. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper, three roll-a-way beds and a half bath off the living room. A gorgeous gas fireplace, lots of glass, tiled counters and a good view, make this one of Accommodation Tahoe's most popular vacation rental. Parking is sixty feet from the door with one step up to the front entrance.


	The living room faces the lake for a spectacular lake view during the day. The gas fireplace is located opposite the sofa for a cozy evening fire.
