Accommodation Tahoe Booking & Payment Procedures And Vacation Rental Policies

Accommodation Tahoe Bookings are made on a first-come-first-served basis

1. Availability.  After checking the availability chart on the rates page, and the maximum number of occupants per condominium, please E-mail your request as described near the bottom of this page. Or call Rob at 905 634 9859.  E-mail is more reliable.  Please tell me which condo(s) you prefer and your proposed arrival and departure dates.  Ultimately, I'll need your mailing address and telephone numbers.

Before contacting me, read our four policies below.  If you are planning a bachelor or bachelorette or an otherwise loud noisy party, contact another property owner. If you are intending to bring more occupants than the listed maximum for the condominium unit, consider renting multiple units or contact another property owner. Failure to abide by the these policies is in violation of local ordinances and may result in stiff penalties, eviction, and/or incarceration.

2. Contact Me.  Once I know your desired condominium unit and proposed arrival and departure dates, I will add your reservation into our on-line computer system and generate a reservation number. Call Rob Hedges at 905-634-9859 or E-mail Rob by sending to:

3. Deposit.  You have two choices for making a deposit. You may use your Visa, or your Master Card, or mail or courier a check or bank draft for US$300. We will email  the confirmation package once this deposit is received. 

4. Confirmation Package. Once your deposit has been received or is on its way, we will email your copy of our 45-page comprehensive information package. This package includes arrival Information Provided On Our  Lake Tahoe visitors' check list.  This confirmation package will arrive immediately by E-mail. Please note that two parts of the package require your completion before arrival: a signed Occupancy Agreement and a guest vehicle registration form for the Lake Village office.

5. Lock Codes.  Once we have received the signed one-page Occupancy Agreement by mail or fax, we will send the electronic lock code(s) to get into the condo(s). The vehicle registration form may be faxed before arrival, or presented at the Lake Village security office counter upon arrival.

6. Rental Fee Balance and Security Deposit.  The balance of the rental fee plus the refundable security deposit are due sixty (60) days prior to your arrival at Lake Village.
