HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN is located on the west side of Lake Tahoe. It's clearly visible from the opposite side of the lake as one comes into Tahoe from Carson City over Spooner Pass. The resort is noted for fabulous views of the lake, well-groomed runs, bargain lift ticket prices, and a good balance of beginner to super expert runs (see trail map below).

Homewood has $25 lift tickets for all non-holiday mid-week 2005 dates!  The Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holiday rate is $45.  Compare to some other Tahoe ski resorts up to $68 a day.

Homewood is 25 miles (40 km) from our condos at Lake Village. See our ski map for the location of Homewood and other Tahoe ski resorts. Check with the weather channel for road conditions before leaving. If there is going to be a snowfall, don't take the west shore (Hwy #89) from South Lake Tahoe since it will get closed due to avalanche risks. Call Homewood for snow conditions - 530-525-2900.
