Living Area with a cathedral ceiling and gas fireplaceThis modern private Lake Village townhouse condo is nestled among the towering scented pines in Nevada, one mile (1.6 km) from the California border. This two story, 2,000 square foot, cathedral ceiling condo has an interior decor that is superb with a "Southwest" theme! This vacation home has a LAKEVIEW including a view from the 500-gallon, 7-person, top-of-the-line outdoor HOT TUB on the sun deck. The master bedroom on the lower floor has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The largest has three singles and an ensuite washroom. The others have queen beds. These latter two bedrooms share a washroom off the hall. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room and two single hide-a-beds. Skiers will appreciate dual hot water tanks and the ski rack inside the front door. Condo unit 47 Chalet Court is accessible by the exterior sun deck and can be rented for larger groups - see the connecting arrow on the floorplan below. Private parking for this condo is nearby with 28 steps up to the front door.

Lake Village is a private condominium complex ideally located on the Heavenly Ski Resort trail map near Edgewood Golf Course and Tahoe's famous south shore casinos. All Village amenities are free (pool, tennis courts, barbecues, hot tub, clubhouse) for our rental guests.
